Let's start with the product: It's so well done and Alicia was an absolute pleasure to work with. Had these made as a gift for a colleague and he is thrilled with how they turned out. Even added his initials custom to the outsole of one of the shoes and it was all seamless. Secondly: Alicia is just an absolute pleasure to work with. We ran into some delivery issues and she was so committed to ensuring these got where they needed. She was communicative throughout and dedicated to both her craft and to ensuring the highest satisfaction. Would buy from her 1000% again!
